A Contrast Community in Christ
Presence • Belonging • Apprenticeship • Participation

We are The Rockford Mission,
an Anglican church worshiping in Tulsa’s Pearl District.
We aspire to be a contrast community in Christ by cultivating Presence, Belonging, Apprenticeship, and Participation.
Presence - In a world of distraction, we are attentive to God, neighbor, and self.
Belonging - In a world of isolation, we create space to belong to Christ’s family.
Apprenticeship - In a world of autonomy, we let Jesus form our habits and identities.
Participation - In a world of consumption, we live out God’s kingdom in our daily lives.
We pursue these things through a Rule of Life, a set of habits and rhythms we take on together, because we think it’s important not only to believe certain things— we want to live in a new way in Christ.

Sunday Worship
Worship with The Rockford Mission is contemplative, responsive, and joyful.
Our gatherings run for roughly 80 minutes and are guided by a historic Christian liturgy, meaning “work of the people.” Worship is not just something you watch, but something you participate in along with all of God’s people. Grab a bulletin when you arrive to help guide you through the service.
